Please read these terms carefully. They explain what Out Loud Moms offers, what it does not, and the rules for using this website.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of outloudmoms.com (the "Site") and your communications with Out Loud Moms ("Out Loud Moms," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What Out Loud Moms is, and is not

• Out Loud Moms offers peer community circles and group education for moms and moms-to-be.
• Facilitated conversations and guest practitioner sessions ("The Second Hour") provide general information to the group. They are not individual advice, assessment, or treatment, and they do not create a provider-patient or professional relationship.
• Nothing on the Site or in a circle replaces advice from your own physician, midwife, mental health professional, or other qualified provider. Always talk with a qualified professional about your own health.

3. Enrollment, pricing, and attendance

Information on the Site about circles, schedules, and services is provided for general information and may change. Pricing, enrollment terms, cancellation and refund policies, and group agreements will be shared with you before you enroll and will apply to your participation in addition to these Terms.

4. Independent practitioners

Guest practitioners and professionals featured on the Site or introduced through Community Navigation are independent and are not employees or agents of Out Loud Moms. Any services you choose to receive from them are provided under their own terms, fees, and professional responsibility. Out Loud Moms is not responsible for services provided by independent practitioners.

5. Research partnership

AIM Trials is a community partner of Out Loud Moms and a separate organization. Joining a circle never requires research participation. Information about research opportunities is shared only with your separate consent, and choosing not to participate will not affect your membership.

6. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you contact us. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to access it without permission, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

7. Community expectations

Circles depend on trust. Members are expected to treat one another with respect and to protect what others share. We may decline or end participation for conduct that threatens the safety, privacy, or wellbeing of the group.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Out Loud Moms name and brand, belongs to Out Loud Moms or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or brand without written permission. Some images on the Site are illustrative and do not depict actual members.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including Airtable, Instagram, Google Maps, and the websites of independent practitioners. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out Loud Moms and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on information on the Site, or services provided by independent practitioners. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
