Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 21, 2026
Your trust matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version: We collect only what you choose to share with us, we use it to talk with you about Out Loud Moms, and we never sell it. We do not share your information with AIM Trials or any research program unless you give separate, specific consent.
1. Who we are
Out Loud Moms ("Out Loud Moms," "we," "us," or "our") is a non-clinical community and education program for moms and moms-to-be in Plano and North Dallas. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through outloudmoms.com (the "Site"), our inquiry and booking forms, and when you contact us by email, phone, or social media.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Information about your situation that you choose to share, such as whether you are pregnant or postpartum, your due date or your baby's age, and what kind of support or community you are looking for.
- Appointment and enrollment details, such as preferred days and times or the circle you are interested in.
- Messages you send us by email, phone, text, or social media.
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You do not need to tell us about any diagnosis, medical history, or treatment to ask about a circle.
Information collected automatically
The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to keep the Site secure and running.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and follow up on your inquiry.
- To schedule conversations or appointments and to help match you with a well-suited circle.
- To send you information about circles, schedules, and changes you have asked about.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and our program.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect the safety of our members and community.
If you ask to receive updates by email or text, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers that help us run our program, such as Airtable (which hosts our inquiry and booking forms), our website host, and our email and phone providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Independent practitioners, only when you ask us to make an introduction through Community Navigation, and only the information needed for that introduction.
- Research opportunities. AIM Trials is a community partner of Out Loud Moms and a separate organization. We do not share your information with AIM Trials or any research program unless you give separate, specific consent. Saying no will never affect your membership or access to our community.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect someone's safety.
5. What you share in a circle
Members agree to protect one another's stories, and every member receives clear privacy expectations before the first meeting. However, Out Loud Moms is not a healthcare provider, and conversations in a circle are not protected the way communications with a licensed professional may be. We cannot guarantee that other members will keep information confidential.
6. Third-party sites and services
The Site links to and embeds content from other services, including Airtable forms, Instagram, Google Maps, and the websites of independent practitioners. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, such as while you are an active member or inquiry, and then delete it or keep it only as required for legal or record-keeping purposes.
8. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people who need it to run our program. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us or call us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, and we will honor requests as the law requires.
10. Children
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information about your baby, such as their age, is collected from you as a parent.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
